Donate Your Time Volunteer Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Huntington Area Food Bank. The food bank offers a variety of volunteer opportunities in all departments of the organization. You can help feed the hungry by volunteering your time and skills. Volunteers are important for the food bank to carry out its mission of feeding the hungry by distributing nutritious food and grocery product through our pantry/agency network. Without the help of volunteers the food bank could not function effectively. The food bank strives to create an environment which welcomes people of all ages and believes a volunteer's time is the best gift to receive. In this period, volunteers represented approximately 28.8 percent of the population.
