Corporate Giving

The HAFB is exploring innovative ways to involve companies and their employees to combat hunger. Working together, corporations provide an essential part of the solution in ending hunger. There are many ways for corporations to give back to the community by joining the fight against hunger.

  • Sponsor an event - Make your company's commitment to the fight against hunger visible.
  • Workplace giving - Participate in donor choice or workplace giving campaigns.
  • Matching gifts - Match the generosity of your employees through matching gifts or funds.
  • Financial donation - For every dollar you donate, the HAFB collects and distributes 7 lbs. of food and funds programs that address the root causes of hunger.
  • Volunteer - The food bank offers various ways for your employees to participate: volunteer for special events, projects, or fundraisers. Receiving help with office work is always needed and appreciated. Volunteer hours are flexible. Large groups are welcome.
  • Donate goods and services - In-kind donations range from materials to vehicles. Each donation is an important part of the solution.
  • Run a food drive and/or Fund a food drive - Employees enjoy finding creative ways to raise food and funds. It can be used as a team building project.
